You can prepare the liquor from fresh or dried ripe berries chokeberry. She is considered the champion in the content of specific substances of organic origin, which are called tannins. That is why rowan juice is very tart in taste.

To make a berry suitable for consumption without a lot of sugar, you need it remove from the bushes a little frostbitten, after the first light frosts. If the black chokeberry is harvested earlier, then the berry needs to be frozen artificially before preparing the beverage. For example, hold in the refrigerator for two to three days. The second method of preparing the liquor is quite controversial, since it involves blanching berries at a temperature of no higher than 70 degrees. However, the advantage of this method is significant: you can try a dark brown noble drink quickly.

In order to guarantee a tasty drink from aronia at home, you must choose the right dishes. A ceramic bowl or glass bottle is ideal. These materials are resistant to acid and alcohol.

Chokeberry filling at home "Classical"

A wonderful liquor from aronia at home turns into a fabulous drink. A pleasant light drink will warm you up after a hard day.

Simmer for half an hour.
