Fish steaks in the oven on a vegetable pillow

Ingredients

• 4-5 steaks;

• 3-4 onion heads;

• a couple of carrots;

• large sweet pepper (red or yellow);

• 4 tbsp. l vinegar 9%;

• a small lemon;

• mixed seasoning for fish;

• 2 tbsp. l olive oil.

Cooking

1. Straw the prepared onion heads. Peel the carrots and cut them too. But you can use a grater for Korean salads. Combine with the onion.

2. Add vinegar, a pinch of salt and mash hands.

3. Cut one pepper into strips, combine with other vegetables.

4. Put the vegetables in a uniform layer.

5. Grate steaks with fish spices, pepper and salt, pour fresh juice from prescription lemon. If there is too much time, then you can leave for pickling.

6. Before baking fish, spray the pieces with oil.

7. Put the steaks on top of the vegetables.

8. Send the dish for 25 minutes in the oven.

9. Cook at 200 degrees. Serve steaks with a vegetable pillow, supplemented with fresh herbs.

Fish Steak - Tips & Tricks

• If steaks from red fish are used for baking, then do not add a lot of spices. These species have their own special and unique aroma, it is important not to interrupt it.

• The steak will turn out beautiful and ruddy if you grease the fish with soy sauce or its mixture with honey before baking.

• There are no spices for fish? Just salt the pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. It is ideal for all river and fish products.

• No foil for baking fish steaks? A sleeve can be used in a similar way, but it is suitable for temperatures not exceeding 200 degrees.

• When frying a steak in oil, you need to warm the pan well. Otherwise, the product may stick to the bottom; a beautiful crust cannot form.
