Breaded chicken fillet - general principles of preparation

The fillet will never turn out juicy and soft if it has been previously frozen. We use only chilled product. Rinse pieces, wipe dry and cut. How? It all depends on the recipe. Sometimes they prepare the whole fillet, cut it in half into two plates, or make small medallions and even straws. If the cutting method is not indicated in the recipe, then we do it at our discretion.

Prepared marina chicken, sprinkled with spices, stuffed, and sometimes even stuffed, carving a pocket inside. Then dip in an egg or batter and sprinkle with breading. Most often these are ordinary white bread crackers. But there are tons of other tasty and interesting alternatives. But more about that below.

Recipe 1: Chicken Breaded Tender

A feature of the preparation of such a breaded chicken fillet is pickling in sour cream sauce. And a very tender chicken is covered with a crisp.

Ingredients

• 0.4 kg fillet;

• 0.1 kg of sour cream;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• seasonings for chicken;

• 2 eggs;

• 70 grams of breadcrumbs;

• salt;

• for frying oil.

Cooking

1. The washed fillet is cut into transverse slices in half a centimeter. We throw it into a bowl.

2. In the sour cream we put spices for chicken, salt, squeeze a clove of garlic and mix thoroughly.

3. Pour the fillet with the resulting marinade, stir well with your hands to cover each bite with the sauce. Then we tamp, cover and forget about it for a couple of hours.

4. In a bowl, break the eggs, beat with a broom or a fork until smooth.

5. Pour breadcrumbs into another bowl and place next to it.

6. We take out the fillet in sour cream, take out one piece and dip in the egg. Then quickly crumble in breadcrumbs and spread on a frying pan with hot oil. Similarly, bread other pieces and fill the entire pan, you need to do this quickly.

7. Fry the chicken on one side until golden brown. Then turn over and cover. Bring to readiness, make medium fire.

Recipe 2: Breadcrumbs in the Oven

It turns out that to prepare the fillet in breadcrumbs, you can use not only a frying pan. A very tasty and less fatty dish is obtained in the oven. But it is important to do everything right so that the chicken does not dry. This fillet is served with an unusual sauce.

Ingredients

• 5 fillets;

• 1 cup crackers;

• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• 1 tsp seasonings for chicken;

• 2 eggs;

• salt.

For the sauce:

• 150 ml sour cream;

• 1 fresh cucumber;

• 1 tsp mustard;

• salt;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• Red pepper.

Cooking

1. Rinse the fillet and cut off the thickening of the upper part so that the pieces are approximately the same. The result is 5 large pieces and 5 small fillets. Optionally, you can beat the chicken slightly, but just a little bit.

2. Combine the mayonnaise with salt and seasonings, rub the fillet.

3. Shake the egg, dip the chicken and roll in breadcrumbs. We shift into a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for exactly 20 minutes. Do not overdo it.

4. While the filet is baking, prepare the sauce. To do this, rub the peeled clove of garlic with cucumber. Mix sour cream with spices and mustard. Combine with vegetables, salt to taste, you can throw a little fresh dill.

5. Serve the baked filet with sauce immediately, while it is hot.

Recipe 3: Breaded Chicken Fillet with Cheese

To prepare an incredibly delicious chicken breast breaded according to this recipe, you will need hard cheese. Ideally, parmesan is used. But for the lack of this product, you can take any other cheese, but certainly hard.

Ingredients

• 0.5 cups of grated parmesan;

• 0.5 cup breadcrumbs;

• 2 fillets;

• seasonings;

• 1 egg.

Cooking

1. Rinse the fillets and cut each lengthwise to make plates. Lightly beat off.

2. Rub with spices on all sides. In addition to salt and pepper, you can use crushed garlic, ready-made mixtures, sweet paprika.

3. Combine breadcrumbs with parmesan in a bowl, stir.

4. Beat the egg. If it is small, then it is better to take two pieces.

5. Dip the seasoned fillet into the egg, then into the cooked breading. Press crumbs of crackers and cheese so that the crust is tight.

6. Heat the oil and just fry the fillet on both sides. If you doubt the roasting, you can cover the pan with a lid for several minutes.

Recipe 4: Breadcrumbs fillet with nuts

There are many options for making walnut fillet in breadcrumbs. Usually use walnuts or peanuts. But it is very important that they are not already fried. Otherwise, the crust will burn very quickly. Preparing such a filet in the oven. But if desired, it can be fried in a pan.

Ingredients

• 2 fillets;

• 1 cup crackers;

• 0.5 cups of nuts;

• 2 eggs;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Cut small pieces of 5 millimeters from the washed fillet.

2. Grease each slice with seasonings and salt. Leave to stand while preparing the breading.

3. We chop the nuts into small pieces. But do not make flour. Grains should be felt.

4. We connect nuts and crackers. Beat the eggs separately. You can add a little greens or seasonings to them.

5. Dip the fillet in the eggs, let it soak, then dip in the nut mixture with breadcrumbs and press crumbs with your hands to make them denser.

6. Put the breaded fillet in a baking sheet, well oiled.

7. Put the bake. Cooking at 200 degrees. On average about 16-18 minutes.

Recipe 5: Corn Flakes Breaded Chicken Fillet

For this breaded chicken fillet, you need unglazed cornflakes. They should not be too sweet.

Ingredients

• 4 fillets;

• 2 eggs;

• 150 grams of cereal;

• 3 sprigs of parsley;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Cut the chicken fillet in long and thin strips, gently beat and rub with seasonings to your taste. Do not forget to add a little salt.

2. Load the corn flakes in a blender and slightly interrupt to get rid of large pieces.

3. Beat the eggs, add chopped parsley to them.

4. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone mat. Lubricate with a piece of butter.

5. Put the fillet slices and immediately send to the oven. She already at this point should be warmed up to 200.

6. This fillet is prepared for about 20 minutes, served with fresh vegetables and various sauces.

Recipe 6: Garlic fillet in breadcrumbs

A recipe for an unusually fragrant chicken fillet with garlic that just explodes the brain. And in order for the dish to turn out also juicy, it needs to be properly prepared.

Ingredients

• 2 fillets;

• 4 cloves of garlic;

• 20 grams of butter;

• crackers;

• spices;

• 2-3 branches of dill;

• 1 egg.

Cooking

1. The oil must be frozen. Rub it with large chips, mix with chopped garlic and dill, remove for a while in the refrigerator.

2. We wash pieces of fillet and make large pockets from the side of the thickening, but do not cut through to the end.

3. Prepare the spices. To do this, mix the salt with black pepper, add turmeric, paprika, you can pour a little coriander.

4. Rub the fillet with spices, carefully work out the pocket.

5. Take out the garlic filling with butter from the refrigerator and fill the fillet.

6. Beat the eggs, dip the chicken and bread in the breadcrumbs.

7. Put in the oven for 25 minutes, cook at 190 degrees. If the breading starts to burn, you can cover it with a piece of foil.

Recipe 7: Breaded Chicken Cracker Cheese Fillet

For this dish you will need any unsweetened cracker. You can take cookies with the aroma of onions, cheese or other additives. It will turn out very tasty.

Ingredients

• 2 fillets;

• 0.1 kg of cracker;

• 3 tablespoons of grated cheese;

• 1 egg;

• seasonings, oil.

Cooking

1. Rub the cracker into crumbs. You can simply put it on a cutting board and roll a little rolling pin. It’s even easier to use a combine, but don’t overdo it. No flour is needed.

2. Add cheese to the liver and stir. Set aside for a while.

3. Let's do the fillet. You can cook 4 pieces of large size or cut the chicken into small medallions. In the second case, you will get more dishes, but you will also need to double the amount of breading at least. Choose your option.

4. Grate the fillet with seasonings, dip in the egg and the cooked breading from the cracker.

5. Fry in hot oil in the usual way. Or bake at 200 degrees in the oven.

Recipe 8: Breadcrumbs a la Nuggets

Everybody love nuggets? But not everyone knows how to cook them. But in fact, everything is done very easily and in just half an hour you can prepare a whole mountain of nuggets and delight the household.

Ingredients

• 4 fillets;

• 2 eggs;

• 100 ml of milk;

• 0.5 cups flour;

• 1 cup crackers;

• seasonings, oil.

Cooking

1. Cut into slices of fillet. You can make cubes or sticks as you like. Sprinkle with spices and leave to pickle.

2. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, pour in the milk, add the prescription flour and prepare the batter.

3. Heat the oil in a pan. It should be plenty enough for the pieces to float and fry well.

4. Dip pieces of chicken in batter, then throw in a bowl with breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top.

5. Spread in preheated oil and brown on the bottom side.

6. Gently turn over with two forks so as not to damage the raw breading. Cover with a lid. Fry the opposite side.

7. Serve with ketchup or any other sauce.

Breaded Chicken Fillet - Tips & Tricks

• Fried fillets will not be greasy if removed on paper towels. Each layer is also desirable to shift paper towels. But do not forget to remove them when serving.

• Breaded filet can be cooked with various fillings: cheese, a slice of tomato, ham, bacon, boiled egg. To do this, make a pocket in the fillet and fill it with the prepared filling. Then dip the workpiece in the egg and bread.

• No crackers? You can pan filet in flour, oatmeal, cereal or in cookies. Delicious breading is obtained from cornmeal. And to get a weighty and lush coating, you can use stale white bread. It is rubbed and used as crackers.
