If baked at 180 and below, then small items will simply dry. It is also not recommended to cook sweet cookies at a temperature of more than 230 degrees. It can burn very quickly.

Sugar cookie recipe on margarine

The easiest and most affordable quick cookie recipe in sugar. If there is no time to soften margarine in a warm place, then you can scroll it in the microwave in the program for defrosting products.

Ingredients

• 100 g margarine;

• 100 g sour cream;

• 1 tbsp. l sugar in the dough;

• sugar for sprinkling;

• 5 grams of soda;

• 200 grams of flour;

• a pinch of vanilla.

Cooking method

1. Mix sour cream with soda, let it go out for a minute. If instead of soda for such biscuits to take a cultivator, it is advisable to double the amount, and mix the product with flour.

2. Add sugar to soft margarine. It goes a little, only to improve the taste and color. Grind, add sour cream and vanilla.

3. Pour in wheat flour, stir, knead.

Cooking method

1. Pour kefir into a bowl, throw soda and sugar. Beat a minute with a mixer or a hand whisk.

2. Add the egg, quickly shake.

3. Pour in vegetable oil. We use only a refined product, so that the finished cookie does not have extraneous odors.

4. Pour in flour, knead the dough. It should not stick.

5. Roll the mass into a large layer. Use cookie cutters to squeeze out cookies of any size.

6. Put on a baking sheet, grease with plain water. You can use a silicone brush for this purpose. Then sprinkle with chopped nuts. It is not necessary to fry them in advance.

7. Bake until rosy. Remove from baking sheet carefully so as not to peel nuts.

Honey ginger cookie recipe with ginger

Honey pastries are not only distinguished by their taste and aroma. Thanks to the addition of honey to the dough, it becomes porous, very soft, acquires a very beautiful color. And do not try to replace this product with sugar syrup, nothing good will come of it. Additionally, ginger is needed. This recipe is good in that you can use fresh or dried spine, but in any case it needs to be chopped.

Ingredients

• 230 g of millet. flour;

• 0.5 tsp any ginger;

• 100 grams of nature. honey;

• 0.5 tsp soda;

• 100 grams of butter (butter not less than 65%);

• 1.5 tsp baking powder;

• 100 g of sugar.

Cooking method

1. In a large bowl, send the recipe flour. It is advisable to sift the product before this.

2. Add baking powder with ginger, pour sugar, throw a pinch of salt and just mix it all.

6. Roll up small balls with your hands. Make the size of a regular walnut. If desired, they can be rolled in sugar or in a mixture thereof with ground cinnamon powder.

7. Spread the formed balls on a baking sheet. The dough will rise well and the cookies will spread a little. Therefore, we leave enough space between the balls.

8. Put in the oven. It should already have warmed up to 190 degrees. Since the test has a lot of sugar and honey, it is better not to do higher temperatures. It takes only 12-15 minutes to bake.

Egg-free quick cookie recipe

Eggs are not needed to make quick cookies according to this recipe, but you will need semolina and butter. Such a liver can be made in sweet or salty form.

Ingredients

• a glass of semolina;

• 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar;

• 200 g of soft oil;

• 0.6 cups flour;

• a pinch of salt;

• vanillin;

• yolk for lubrication;

• sugar or cheese to sprinkle.

Cooking method

1. Thoroughly grind the oil and sand. Do it manually or you can take a mixer, in this case, beat a couple of minutes, it will turn out quickly.

2. Add a pinch of salt and semolina. Grind everything again.

3. In the process of stirring, add wheat flour to the oil mixture, knead the usual soft dough.

4. Immediately put the dough on a sheet of parchment, sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin. Make a thick layer about one centimeter.

5. If you are preparing a sweet option, then you can grease and optionally sprinkle with sugar.

6. For salty cookies, you can use sesame seeds, nuts or take sesame seeds.

7. Bake such cookies at a low temperature of about 180 degrees. It will take about 18-20 minutes to prepare.

Recipe for quick cookies with cottage cheese "Ears"

The recipe for a fast and well-known cookie. The amount of flour may vary slightly, depending on the moisture content of the curd. Margarine and butter can be replaced. There is a similar recipe for biscuits with fat sour cream, but for this option you will need even more flour.

Ingredients

• 300 g of cottage cheese;

• a bag of vanilla;

• 150 g of sugar;

• 150 g of oil;

• 5 grams of cultivator;

• 240 grams of white wheat flour.

Cooking method

1. The cottage cheese must be thoroughly grinded, then combined with soft butter. You can do it easier: put in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat everything with a normal blender.

2. Add vanillin and flour to the curd mass, pour the baking powder. Knead the dough with your hands.

3. Put it on the table, roll it, sprinkling with flour. Make a thin layer of no more than half a centimeter.

4. Take an ordinary standard glass, dip the edges in flour, squeeze out circles from the dough.

Ingredients

• 0.2 kg oils;

• 0.15 kg of sugar;
