Pies are different, one of the options is from potatoes with canned fish. This filling is prepared simply, quickly and most importantly - it is combined with all types of dough. Choose your favorite!

Pie with canned fish and potatoes - general principles of preparation

The dough for canned pies, as mentioned above, can be kneaded absolutely any or bought in a store. Different recipes are detailed below. Pies with unsweetened filling with several ingredients usually make closed, but there are flip flops, open baking.

What canned food can be used:

• saury;

• mackerel;

• sardinella;

• pink salmon.

The fish should be in its juice or in oil, the liquid is usually drained. Potatoes are used raw or boiled. Other products can also be added to the filling: greens, cheese, various vegetables, sauces.

To form a pie, a rolling pin is often used, with which dough sheets are rolled. Then it is transferred to a baking sheet or in a mold, the filling will be distributed, covered with another flat cake. Jellied pies are prepared from a liquid mass, also collected in layers. An oven is usually used for baking, but some recipes are suitable for a slow cooker.

Pie with canned fish and puff pastry potatoes

The easiest way to make a pie with canned fish and potatoes is to make it from puff pastry. You can take it at any store. Yeast or just a product.

Ingredients

• 1 pack of dough;

• 1 can of fish;

• 3 boiled potatoes;

• feathers of green onions;

• one egg.

Cooking

1. Take out the dough, let it thaw on the table.

2. Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes, as for a salad.

3. Cut the greens, add to the potatoes.

4. Open a can of canned fish, break the pieces so that they become smaller, shift to potatoes. Mix the filling, salt to taste.

5. Break the egg into a small bowl, shake well with a fork, do not need to beat.

6. Roll out the dough. If it has 1 layer, then cut into two parts. One we do 30% less. This will be the top layer of the pie.

Ingredients

• 2 potatoes;

• a glass of kefir (yogurt, fermented baked milk);

• a couple of glasses of seeded flour;

• a pair of eggs;

• grows. oil 2 tbsp. l .;

• seasonings;

• ½ tsp soda.

Cooking

1. Pour half a teaspoon of soda into kefir, mix a little more salt.

2. Shake separately a couple of eggs, pour into the dough, add ordinary flour, stir and pour a couple of tablespoons of oil. Re-mix the filling dough, set aside.

3. Potatoes can be used boiled or raw. If the tubers are boiled, then cut into slices. If the vegetable is raw, then chop the very thin straws.

4. Open the fish, knead.

5. Pour half the dough into a baking dish.

6. Now lay out the potatoes, then the broken fish.

7. Pour over the rest of the dough. Take a spoon and stretch everything well.

8. Send a cake of canned fish to bake. At 180 degrees, the process will take a little more than half an hour.

9. You can collect all this in a multi-cooker bowl. There the cake will be cooked for 45-50 minutes.

Pie with canned fish and potato "Changeling"

To make this pie, batter is again used, but a little different. It is prepared on the basis of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

• 0.1 kg of sour cream;

• 3 eggs;

• 0.1 kg of mayonnaise;

• 0.5 tsp. salt, soda.

Filling:

• 3 potatoes;

• 2 canned fish.

You will also need breadcrumbs, butter.

Cooking

1. Mix all the ingredients of the dough together. You can beat quickly with a mixer. Pour so much flour. To make the dough look like sour cream. We set it aside for now.

2. Oil the form. Sprinkle with a thick layer of breadcrumbs.

3. Cut the potatoes into circles. Beautifully laid as the first layer. We lap, add, pepper.

4. Lubricate the potatoes with a thin layer of dough, it will hold this layer together.

5. We take out the fish from the cans, hands immediately crumbled into shape. Level the layer.

6. Close the fish with the remaining dough.

7. We bake a pie for 40 minutes. We make the temperature no higher than 180 degrees, the potatoes should not burn.

Pie with canned fish and shortcrust potatoes

The recipe for a soft and crumbly cake made from short unsweetened dough. For kneading, you can use both oil and ordinary margarine.

Ingredients

• a pair of eggs;

• 0.5 ordinary glasses of sour cream or kefir;

• salt (0.5 tsp is enough);

• 200 g of oil;

• flour about 3-4 tbsp .;

• a pinch of soda.

Filling:

• onion 2 pcs.;

• 3 medium potatoes;

• 2 cans of canned food;

• spices, butter

Cooking

1. We take out the oil on the table in advance, let it soften. Then we add a couple glasses of flour to it, we rub it well into crumbs.

2. Shake the eggs and sour cream, you can add kefir. We introduce soda and salt, grind to dissolution. Combine with flour crumbs.

3. Mix and add more flour. It is difficult to determine the amount in advance, since the density of sour cream or kefir is different. But we make a simple dough that does not spread on the table, does not stick to your hands, but it does not work hard either.

4. Divide the lump into two parts, make one piece smaller. Sent to the freezer.

5. Cut the onion, pass for a minute in oil, put it in a bowl.

6. Cut raw potatoes into small strips, combine with onions. Add mashed fish, throw spices at our discretion.

7. We take out a large piece of dough from the freezer. Roll out, straighten in the form, lay out the filling.

8. Now we roll out a small piece, cover the pie, make holes, twist the edges of the layers.

9. Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes. It is important to bring the potatoes to a ready temperature of 180 degrees.

Yeast cake with canned fish and potatoes

The dough for this pie with potatoes and canned fish is prepared the simplest on the water. However, for salt baking, muffin is not needed.

Ingredients

• 250 ml of water, you can take milk;

• 5 tablespoons of oil;

• 8 g of yeast;

• 0.5 tsp salts;

• spoon with sugar mound;

• Wheat flour.

Filling:

• 4 potatoes;

• 2 cans of fish;

• 2 onion heads.

You will need an egg to grease the cake before baking.

Cooking

5. We get the yeast dough, from half we make a big cake. We transfer to a head start or to a baking sheet.

6. Now we lay out the filling.

7. And again we make a tortilla, with which we now close the filling. We connect, press the edges, on top in several places we make holes.

8. Grease the cake with the egg. We bake at 200 degrees until the yeast dough is ready.

Open pie with canned fish, potatoes and cheese

Another recipe for a pie from a ready-made puff pastry. But you can use any other dough as a basis. Yeast or shortbread will do.

Ingredients

• 1 layer of puff pastry 250-300 g;

• 4 boiled potatoes;

• 2 cans of fish;

• 130 g of cheese;

• 2 large onions;

• 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise;

• spices;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• 1 tbsp. l oils.

Cooking

1. Start with the onion. We cut it into strips, fry in butter until ruddy. Leave to cool.

2. Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces. Mix with fried onions.

3. Combine mayonnaise with chopped garlic, season the filling.

4. Open the fish, drain the marinade. We break the pieces into 2 parts, that is, we do not chop.

5. Roll out the dough, put it in a mold. If it is round, then cut off all excess. We do not make large sides; 1.5-2 cm is enough.

6. Spread potatoes with mayonnaise, onions and garlic on the dough. Align the layer.

7. Lay out randomly pieces of canned fish, squeeze into potatoes.

8. We fill everything with grated cheese.

9. We bake a hearty pie for about 20 minutes at 210 degrees. We look at a beautiful crust of cheese. As soon as it appears - you can take it out!

Pie with canned fish and potatoes - useful tips and tricks

• If boiled potatoes go to the filling, then after cutting it can be poured with liquid from canned fish.

• You can use cabbage instead of potatoes in all the pies, it will also be delicious.

• If suddenly the cake is not baked, the potato crunches, do not try to bake it again. The product will dry, it will be tough and not tasty. It is better to warm the fish cake for 5-7 minutes in the microwave.
