The recipe for cottage cheese cake with strawberries and gelatin, which does not require the preparation of cakes and baking. If you reduce the amount of sugar and use low-fat dairy products, you get a dietary option of goodies.

Ingredients

• 0.7 kg of cottage cheese;

• 0.7 kg of strawberries;

• 0.3 kg of sour cream;

• 0.2 kg of sugar;

• 30 grams of gelatin;

• 100 ml of water or milk;

• vanilla optional.

Cooking

1. Immediately fill the gelatin with prescription water and leave to swell. Time is indicated on a pack of gelatin, usually in the region of half an hour.

2. Beat the cottage cheese with sour cream, vanilla and sugar. If the cottage cheese is dry and the mass is thick, you can add a little more sour cream or cream.

3. Melt gelatin in a water bath until warm and dissolve the lumps. Pour into the curd, mix thoroughly.

4. We take any deep form, cover the cling film. If there is not enough width, we impose one more layer, but inside it is necessary to cover the container completely.

5. Wash and dry the berries. Large strawberries can be cut into pieces.

6. Pour a little curd into the mold, then lay out a layer of strawberries. Cottage cheese and berries again. The last layer should be from cottage cheese.

7. Cool the cake until it hardens, approximately it will take about four hours.

4. Beat the cottage cheese with condensed milk, which we add a little. It is important not to make the cream liquid, it should resemble soft plasticine, add vanilla to taste.

7. Spread the second cake and soak it.

• 1 cup sour cream;

• 120 ml of milk;

• vanilla.

Cooking

1. We prepare jelly from a bag according to the recipe. Leave to cool at room temperature, do not put in the refrigerator.

2. Pour a layer of 3 millimeters of prepared jelly into a glass container. You can use a large salad bowl. Sent to the refrigerator, waiting for solidification.
