Ingredients:

• 200 ml low-fat kefir;

• 360 grams of sugar;

• half a pack of margarine;

• three eggs;

• 500 grams of wheat flour;

• baking soda - 0.5 tsp;

• two large apples;

• powdered sugar for decoration.

Cooking method:

1. On a little heat, dissolve the margarine, remove from heat and leave to cool.

2. Beat eggs with sugar until a homogeneous white mass is obtained. Pour all the kefir at once, add the margarine and again thoroughly beat.

3. Do not stop whipping, pour all the flour. When no flour lumps remain in the dough, add baking soda in half a tablespoon of vinegar and whisk again. Do not whisk for too long, finish, as soon as air bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the dough.

4. Lubricate a small baking sheet with low sides with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. On top lay thin plates of apples without skin.

5. Bake the product until cooked by placing it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Check the readiness of the cake by piercing it with a wooden stick or a toothpick. If the stick remains dry after a puncture, then you can get it. Once the cake has cooled slightly, decorate it with icing sugar, shaking it in a small sieve.

Ingredients

To the filling:

• 7-9 medium-sized apples;

• three tables. tablespoons of brown sugar;

• powdered sugar - 50 grams;

• two tables. tablespoons of 72% butter;

In the dough:

• 3-3.5 Art. wheat flour;

• 90 grams of granulated sugar (half a cup);

• 150 ml of kefir;

• pasteurized milk - 100 ml;

• two chicken eggs;

• 30 gr. fresh spirit yeast;

• 50 gr. frozen oil;

• 2 grams of vanilla sugar.

Cooking method:

1. In a slightly warmed milk, dissolve the yeast broken into crumbs, you can replace the pressed yeast with quick-acting, dry (12 grams). Add granulated sugar and a couple of tablespoons of flour, beat well with a fork, you can whisk. Cover the container with the yeast mixture with a linen napkin and leave it warm.

2. Twenty minutes later, when the surface begins to bubble and the mixture increases in volume by about one and a half times, enter warm kefir. To warm up the kefir, put the packet laid out from the refrigerator enough for a quarter of an hour into warm water.

3. Add vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla and beat thoroughly with the remaining sugar.

4. Gently stirring with a spoon, begin to add flour in small portions. When the dough starts to become sufficiently dense, add the remaining flour and knead it well with your hands. Form a ball from the dough, wrap it with a linen napkin and keep warm for about two hours.

5. Half each apple along, peel and cut the center with the seed box. Put the apples on a dry frying pan with the slice down, pour 2-3 tablespoons of some water and lower them slightly under the lid (five minutes). Set aside to cool in a colander.

Ingredients

In the dough:

• fat-free kefir - 200 ml;

• 1/2 cup refined;

• baking soda - 0.5 tsp;

• 250 grams of “Capital” margarine;

• one egg;

• two glasses of baking flour.

To the filling:

• 300 grams of apples of the Semerenko variety;

• 450 grams of ripe, orange pumpkin;

• sugar - 180 grams;

• two eggs.

Cooking method:

1. First, prepare the filling for the pie. Mix the peeled apples grated into a coarse grater with pumpkin pulp chopped in the same way. Add the yolks mixed with sugar (90 g) from two eggs and mix thoroughly again.

2. To prepare the dough, first mix soda and kefir and let stand for twenty minutes. After that add well-chilled margarine melted on the stove, sugar with an egg with a spatter and fork, and flour. Knead a soft, non-sticky, elastic dough and put it in the cold for an hour and a half.

3. Roll out the dough in a circle slightly larger than the frypot and transfer to it. When distributing the dough on the bottom, make a border of three-centimeter sides.

4. Put the filling, smooth it with a spoon, put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for twenty minutes.

5. While the workpiece is baked, beat the sufficiently meringue out of the remaining granulated sugar (90 g) and protein.

Ingredients

In the dough:

• two glasses of kefir (400 ml);

• eggs - 2 pcs.;

• 800-900 grams of baking white flour;

1. Whisk, mix eggs with sugar, pour kefir and beat again. Gradually adding, introduce the flour sifted together with a cultivator, and knead the dough.

2. Make a small depression in the dough into which refined oil is poured and continue to knead until the oil is absorbed and the dough regains good elasticity.

3. Roll the kneaded dough a little with a rolling pin into a rectangular layer and transfer it to a roasting pan, which is pre-lubricated with oil.

4. Slightly stretch the dough with your hands, all over the baking sheet, slightly raising it to the sides and pressing it to them.

5. Put the apples carefully sliced ​​into thin slices (slices) according to the dough and send the cake for 15 minutes to the oven at 200 degrees.

• semolina - 160 grams;

• one raw egg;

• 300 ml of low-fat kefir;

• one glass of flour.

Cooking method:

1. Pour the semolina with kefir and let it stand for 20 minutes so that it swells well.

2. In the chilled melted margarine, add granulated sugar and the eggs ground in it and beat the mixture well with a whisk, beat until the sugar crystals dissolve completely.

3. Pour the butter into the swollen semolina, and add the flour sifted with baking powder. Stir well with a whisk, knead the batter.

Ingredients:

• one and a half glasses of flour;

• 90 grams of light honey, liquid;

• two eggs;

• 100 ml of kefir;

Cooking method:

4. Cold, slightly frostbitten, grate the butter with large chips. Rub it thoroughly with a spoonful of granulated sugar and flour until medium-sized crumbs are obtained.
