You can cook this dish from any meat. It can be chicken, pork, lamb or beef. Mushrooms can also be absolutely any. Oyster mushrooms, champignons or forest. Depending on the recipe, fresh or pickled mushrooms are used.

In addition to mushrooms, meat and cheese, you will need sour cream, mayonnaise, vegetables and spices. To make the dish not only tasty, but also delicious, add dried fruits or nuts to it.

The meat is washed, and for cooking use only tenderloin or breast. Then it is dipped in a towel and cut along the fibers with slices, which are beaten and seasoned with spices and salt. Leave for a while to soak in the aromas of spices.

Mushrooms and vegetables are cleaned and washed. All chop and fry until golden brown. Finely rub the cheese.

In the baking dish, put the meat, on top of it lay mushrooms with vegetables in an even layer and grease everything with sour cream or mayonnaise.

The form is sent to the oven and baked until cooked. Shortly before the end of cooking, everything is crushed with a piece of cheese.

Recipe 1. Meat with mushrooms and cheese in the oven

Ingredients

4 g of salt;

a pound of pork tenderloin;

fresh champignons - 200 g;

basil - 3 g;

bulb;

ground pepper mixture - 3 g;

50 ml of mayonnaise;

30 ml of vegetable oil;

Parmesan cheese - 150 g.

Cooking method

1. Tenderloin of my pork, dry and cut into pieces of medium thickness. Spread the meat in a bowl, season with salt, dried basil, and ground pepper and mix.

2. Wash mushrooms, clean and cut into thin slices.

3. We clean the onion, rinse and shred the half rings.

4. Cheese finely rub.

5. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil. At the bottom, evenly spread the pork. We lay mushrooms on top of the meat. Sprinkle the dish with onions, slightly kneading his hands. The surface is covered with a thick mesh of mayonnaise. We fall asleep all with small chips of cheese.

Ingredients

canned champignons - 400 g;

100 g of hard cheese;

ground pepper and salt;

a tomato;

red onion;

a pound of pork tenderloin;

1. Cut the peeled onion into rings.

2. Rinse the pork under a tap, dry it slightly and cut into plates, a centimeter thick. Lightly beat off each piece on both sides, season with meat spices and salt.

Ingredients

vegetable oil;

a pound of pork fillet;

300 g of prunes;

mayonnaise;

champignon mushrooms - 300 g;

black pepper;

processed cheese;

kitchen salt.

Cooking method

1. Put champignons in a sieve and rinse them under running water. Transfer the mushrooms to a disposable towel and dry. Then cut them into slices.

2. In a pan, heat a little oil and put mushrooms in it. Season with salt, pepper and fry until cooked over low heat.

3. Wash the prunes and pour boiling water over it. Leave to swell for 20 minutes. Then drain the water, dry the prunes and chop finely.

4. Wash the pork and cut into slices half a centimeter thick. Fight each piece on both sides and season with pepper and salt.

Ingredients

ground nutmeg;

200 g of champignons;

600 g pork fillet;

ground black pepper;

table salt;

100 g of hard cheese;

1 pear.

Cooking method

1. Wash the pork tenderloin under running water. Strip a piece of meat from films and excess fat. Slice the pork in portions and lightly beat on both sides. Salt, season with pepper and nutmeg.

2. Wash fresh mushrooms, dry and cut into thin plates. Peel the onion, and cut into thin half rings. Put the pan on the stove, heat oil in it and put the mushrooms and onions. Fry it all together until tender.

Ingredients

half a kilogram of beef fillet;

200 g of hard cheese;

black pepper;

2 onions;

a glass of mayonnaise;

300 g of fresh champignons.

Cooking method

1. Wash the beef fillet, soak it with a paper towel and cut into portions. Sprinkle each with salt and beat off on both sides.

2. Lightly grease the baking sheet and put the beef chops on it. Grease each with mayonnaise. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven.

3. Wash the mushrooms, dry slightly and cut into small slices. Heat oil in a pan, put mushrooms in it and fry. Almost all moisture should evaporate, and the mushrooms change color.

Ingredients

two chicken breasts;

table salt and pepper;

hard cheese - 160 g;

lemon;

bulb;

olive oil - 80 ml;

carrots - 2 pcs.;

cream - 100 ml;

pickled mushrooms - a can.

Cooking method

1. We wash the chicken breast, dry it and cut into thin plates. Squeeze juice from one lemon. Mix it with spices for barbecue. Dip in breast marinade and leave for an hour.

2. Peeled carrots and cheese in large three. We clean and finely chop the onion. Fry it in hot oil until soft. Pour in the cream and pepper. We open the jar of mushrooms, pour the marinade, and finely chop the contents. Spread onion, mix and simmer together for about five minutes.
