Chicken with potatoes in the oven in foil is cooked either whole or by slicing the carcass. If you add dried fruits, oranges or apples, you get an original dish that will decorate the festive table. Chicken with potatoes can be varied by preparing a dish with vegetables or mushrooms.

Wash the chicken, wipe it with napkins, pickle or rub it with a mixture of spices and salt. Leave the meat for at least half an hour to marinate it.

Potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into slices or slices.

Ingredients

one and a half kilogram chicken carcass;

flour - 65 g;

butter - 100 g;

spicy tomato sauce - 100 ml;

1. Thoroughly peel the young potato tubers from their peels and rinse them under the tap. We spread it on a napkin so that they dry out.

Ingredients

1.5 kg chilled chicken carcass;

150 g sour cream;

250 g of prunes;
