You do not publish negative reviews about the submitted recipes?
Pickled are simply disgusting, when pickled with vinegar from somewhere, terrible bitterness is taken in them, and in spices and wine they are sour and you need to cook in semi-dry good quality wine, otherwise you will spoil the products.

3 small salted tomatoes, one pickled cucumber, onion head, 3 cloves of garlic, red pepper, salt, Provencal herbs and 500g of boiled mussels frozen. Onions, chop garlic, tomatoes and cucumber diced - simmer for 5 minutes, add mussels, salt, pepper and a lot of herbs (I put a third of the pack) and continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes on high heat (who has what strong). Bit bitter, but no bitterness at all. And the first time with tomatoes just did, govnishche happened.
