According to the conclusion of American experts, a large number of drugs, which in the past seemed to be unsafe for patients, are in fact ways to cause serious damage to the human body. In particular, antibiotics damage intestinal epithelial cells, causing reproduction of harmful bacteria. That is why it is extremely dangerous to take these medicines "just because". Doctors say: antibiotics violate the natural balance of water and nutrients that a person receives from food, and increase the risk of weakened immunity and the development of asthma.

Painkillers, which many people are so keen on, are also unsafe. A survey of more than three hundred patients with various chronic diseases showed that analgesics on a "narcotic basis" significantly increase the likelihood of developing depressions.
