Scientists explained why in the mornings many people feel tired and weak. Experts attribute this to the hormone melatonin, the production of which depends on sunlight.

Melatonin is produced in significant amounts in the body two hours before sleep, but its level significantly decreases overnight. Scientists are convinced that it is the sufficient amount of melatonin in the blood that makes it easy to lift in the morning.

Waking up in the morning is difficult when there is not enough time to restore melatonin levels. For those who have a habit of going to bed late, natural biorhythms are lost and the level of the hormone remains very high until the morning.

To eliminate difficulties with morning awakening, scientists recommend to attend to normalization of the mode of vital activity and go to bed early. It is also important to be in the fresh air.
