6. Gently remove the pastille from the sheets. Cool completely, check if it is dry well. Then we twist it into tubes, wrap it in parchment, in which we store the dessert.

Fried apple dessert

A variant of a very unusual dessert. For fried apples, choose only dense fruits, otherwise nothing will work.

3-4 apples;

40 g of oil;

· 2 tbsp. l flour;

· Cinnamon, powder to taste.

Cooking

1. The oil is sent to the pan. We put on the stove. You can fry apples in flavourless vegetable oil, but in butter it turns out much tastier.

2. Cut apples into slices, try to make the same thickness of the slices. We lay out on the board in one layer. Pour flour into the strainer. Sprinkle wedges on one side.

3. Quickly turn the apples over, sprinkle with flour the second side.

4. Spread the slices in the heated oil. Fry on both sides over high heat.

5. Remove with a spatula on a paper towel. To remove excess oil. Fry the remaining slices.

6. Transfer the finished apples to a flat plate, sprinkle with powder and cinnamon on top.

Ice cream - cool apple dessert

A recipe for a natural and delicious apple dessert. For the preparation of ice cream, fatty cream is additionally required.
