This miraculous technique helps to save a lot of time when for some reason you urgently need to cook a hot dish, and there is not enough time at all. Soups, meat, vegetables are cooked in a pressure cooker, stewed meat, stew, and everything is quick and effortless.

Pressure cooker pork - general cooking principles

To prepare the second dish of pork in a pressure cooker, it is better to use a tenderloin or ribs, neck. On the first dish take meat on the bone. Wash the pork and cut into portions. Pre-fry or immediately begin to stew, spread in the broth - depends on the recipe.

For a simple recipe, it is enough to add spices and herbs to the meat, served in this way prepared pork with a side dish. For a great taste, it is better to marinate meat before cooking for an hour or two in any favorite marinade: soy, mustard, sour cream, etc.

If you want to immediately get a full meal, then add vegetables, mushrooms, cereals to pork.

1. Pork in a pressure cooker, stewed with mushrooms

Ingredients:

• pork meat - 300 g;

• two small tomatoes;

• three heads of onions;

• sweet pepper - 1 piece;

• four medium champignon mushrooms;

• flour - 1 tablespoon;

• sour cream - 100 g;

• meat broth - 300 ml;

• vegetable oil - 200 ml;

• salt - 5 g;

• seasoning - 1 pack.

Cooking method:

1. Tomatoes scalded with hot water are freed from the skin, finely chopped.

2. Grind champignons and bell pepper.

3. Onion cut into half rings.

4. Cut off all the films from the meat, fat and cut into medium pieces with a thickness of 3 centimeters.

5. Adjust the pressure cooker to a temperature of 160 degrees and fry the meat, pre-lubricating the container with oil, until golden brown.

6. After the formation of the crust, spread the onions, mushrooms and fry until half-cooked onions and mushrooms.

7. Sprinkle the contents of the pressure cooker with flour and fry until the flour becomes yellowish.

8. Meanwhile, we sour the cream with meat broth and pour it into the meat with onions and mushrooms.

9. Salt, add curry seasoning, chopped nutmeg or black pepper. Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

• pork ribs - half a kilogram;

• three cloves of garlic;

• half a liter of beer;

• a bunch of any fresh greens;

• black pepper - 5 g;

• salt - a pinch;

• olive oil - 150 ml.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the pork ribs and separate from each other.

2. We set the pressure cooker in the "frying" mode, put the ribs in a container with olive oil and fry for 5 minutes.

3. Grind greens and garlic and pour them to the ribs, add salt, pepper and fry for about 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

• pork fillet - half a kilogram;

• onions - 1 head;

• one carrot;

• one tomato;

• one eggplant;

• vegetable oil - 150 ml;

• salt - a pinch;

• ground black pepper - 5 g;

• seasoning for meat - 1 pack.

Cooking method:

1. The meat is cut into small pieces, about four centimeters thick.

2. Onion cut into small crumbs.

3. Peel the carrots, grate with large teeth.

4. Put the pressure cooker in the "frying" mode, put onions in it and fry in sunflower oil until half cooked for about 6 minutes.

1. We cut the pork into pieces five centimeters each, set the pressure cooker to the “frying” mode and fry a little.

2. We put in the onions, chopped into large rings and potatoes in a large cube.

3. Thoroughly stir everything, add salt, pepper, and cover the greens.

4. Turn on the “stew” function on the pressure cooker and simmer for half an hour.

5. When serving, put the dish on plates, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley or dill.

5. Pork in a pressure cooker with rice

Ingredients:

• 350 g of meat with layers of fat;

• long grain rice - 230 g;

• tomatoes - half a kilogram;

• three onion heads;

• three carrots;

• chopped garlic - 30 g.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the pork into a cube.

2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, onion with small crumbs, rub the carrots on a fine grater.

3. Put meat in a pressure cooker container and fry for several minutes.

4. Add all the vegetables to the meat and fry again for about five minutes.

6. Pork in a pressure cooker, baked with mustard and pineapple

Ingredients:

• pork fillet - 0.5 kg;

• mustard in powder - 15 g;

• water - 6 tbsp. spoons;

• canned pineapples - 230 g;

• salt - 10 g;

• black pepper - 10 g;

• Dutch cheese - a small slice.

Cooking method:

1. My meat, dried in a paper towel, cut into small layers three centimeters thick, beat off with a cooking hammer.

2. Open canned pineapples, pour the juice from them into another cup.

3. In a cup with pineapple juice, put the chopped, beaten meat and leave it under the press for one hour.

4. Set the pressure cooker in the "baking" mode.

• 250 grams of pork;

• 380 grams of canned tomatoes;

• 700 ml of boiling water;

• Art. l finely grated cheese;

Pressure cooker pork - tips and tricks

• Pork is beautifully browned if the meat is first quickly fried in hot vegetable oil until it is blush on all sides, and then brought to readiness

• Herbs and spices are best added at the very end of cooking. It is enough to lower the spices, turn off the pressure cooker and stand the dish for 5-7 minutes under a closed lid.

• Be careful with the number of ingredients for the dish - do not overload the pressure cooker. The device must be filled no higher than the maximum mark.
