Even children can bake a pie in a multicooker, because there is nothing easier.

The dough for whipping pie is mainly used liquid, which is kneaded on fermented milk products. But you can make biscuit, yeast, shortbread or puff pastry.

As a filling for sweet cakes, cottage cheese, preserves, nuts, jams, fruits, berries and citrus fruits are used. These pies are decorated with icing, powdered sugar or cream.

Snack cakes are prepared with a filling of meat, eggs, vegetables, herbs or fish. These pies are served as a standalone dish or as a complement to soups and broths.

In order to cook a pie in a slow cooker in a hurry, just put the ingredients in the bowl of the appliance and start the “baking” mode for the required time.

Recipe 1. Cake in a slow cooker whip up with pink salmon and herbs

Ingredients

  • 400 g of pink salmon;

  • finished puff pastry;

  • 200 g spinach or young green onions;

  • spices;

  • 100 g cashews;

  • 50 ml of thick cream or sour cream;

  • lemon juice.

Cooking method

1. Rinse the pink salmon fillet under a tap and soak in napkins. Cut the fish into small pieces, salt, season with basil and black pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix.

2. Peel and cashew nuts. Rinse the spinach, shake off excess moisture and cut into strips. Sauté it for five minutes in olive oil.

1. Add soft butter to the sifted flour. Chop with a knife until you get small crumbs.

2. Add sour cream to the crumbs and salt. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic and put it in the refrigerator for forty minutes.
